…childhood living is easy to do… I have been documenting and capturing images of my son since day 1. I love being able to see and capture the beautiful things in all the activities we do as a family in our normal little lives. With every session I like to tell a story, our story, his story. I now have an ongoing collection of memories and images that someday he will be proud to show off to his own little family. I like to call them my time keepsakes. Nothing is planned ahead of time and no props are used, unless he insists on having one of his favorite toys accompany him on his adventure. We simply just live, do an activity we love, visit one of our favorite spots, just things we would typically do in our everyday life. I work with the elements that surround us and use the natural light to my advantage. I still use my photography knowledge and skills to create the best image possible but my end goal with these sessions is to tell a story.
